Making your Payment
We accept credit and debit cards over the phone, this is the fastest and safest method of payment. Alternatively we accept personal cheques through the post. Please call us to confirm availability before sending in cheques and allow an additional 7-10 days for cheque clearance.

Shipping and Handling
Delivery We offer delivery to most parts of the UK. This is for week days only and does not include week ends. Next day delivery before noon charge is £30 However if you require a Saturday delivery, the cost is £35 Deliveries to the Highlands and Off shore addresses will incur a delivery surcharge. Please phone 00115 9726335 for details. Our standard delivery service only applies if the purchased item is not returned as a 'Non Warranty return' within seven days of receipt. If the goods are returned as Non Warranty. I.e. Customer has changed his or her mind, Bikes Express will apply a delivery charge of £30 for 24" wheel and above and £15 for 20" wheel and below for initial delivery. The customer is then responsible for the cost of, and safe return of the item to us. Your order for goods is subject to availability. If we are not able to supply the goods to you for any reason after 28 days, we will on request reimburse you for those goods. However, we will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses, which you may suffer if we do not supply goods. When our carriers deliver the goods, they will require you to sign for them. If neither you, nor your representative are able to receive the goods, our carrier will leave a card to advise they will attempt the delivery again the next working day. ALL CYCLES WILL BE DELIVERED IN A BOX AND NOT BUILT, THE CYCLE WILL REQURE BUILDING. If they fail to deliver then you will be charged a further £10 for a third attempt. We will contact to to take your payment details, the couriers will not release the bike until we have given permission. We always endeavour to get your goods delivered to you as quickly as possible, however, our standard service is not an express service, and to cover ourselves, we ask that customers allow up to 14 days for delivery for any item requested on our standard delivery service. 94% of customers using the standard delivery service receive their goods within 3 to 7 working days of placing their order. This does not mean that you will receive your item on the 7th day. You may receive your goods earlier or later than this. Therefore we do not guarantee your goods will be delivered within 7 days. Deliveries on the standard service are usually made between 8am and 5pm on weekdays. Our delivery to you is a courtesy and forms no part of our contract to supply goods within a specified timescale. Please note, TSbikes do not make any profit from deliveries, and any scheduled services are made as a courtesy on behalf of the customer. Scheduled delivery forms no part of the purchase contract between the customer and TSbikes. TSbikes can not be held liable or responsible for any delay arising as a result of the action of the carrier company. In effect when a scheduled delivery service is booked, TSbikes acts as your agent in booking the service with the carrier. We do this as a courtesy.

Back Orders
Back Orders Special Orders Your back orders are handled by Rob Ramsdale Only. Contact him via phone, email. Special Orders for parts cannot be cancelled. You will be advised when an item is 'Special Order Only' at time of order processing by phone so remember to include a Daytime contact number. All special orders are to be paid in full at time of ordering.
If you wish to complain.
Complaints should be made via email, phone, post or fax giving full description of the complaint. We will deal with all complaints fairly & honestly, and within the guidelines set out by the Office of Fair Trading, Sale of goods act & Distance selling regs. None of our terms stop your legal rights as a consumer.
Returns
Returns / Cancellations If goods need to be collected for any reason, all postage charges will be the responsibility of the buyer. In the event of a customer cancelling an order TSbikes reserves the right to deduct from the total refunded amount a credit card handling fee of 10% of the total transaction Non warranty returns will be accepted if received within 7 working days of the date of receipt by you. All such goods must be returned in a perfect unused condition complete with original packaging and all accessories. Goods which do not comply with this condition will not be accepted by us. Where goods are returned in accordance with this provision, we will reimburse any money already paid by, excluding initial delivery, and return collection costs incurred by us. This is consistent with the distance selling regulations. You will be charged for the replacement part, until the faulty part is returned. In cases where a refund is due, we shall reimburse you within 30 days of our receipt of the returned goods. We will accept the return of any UNUSED item within 7 working days of delivery. For this type of return the customer is responsible for the safe return of the cycle and for all the delivery charges involved with the transaction. You must additionally contact us in writing (either by letter or email) to inform us of your decision to return your order prior to sending it to us. This is consistent with the Department of Trade and Industry's distance selling regulation. Please note we stress that the goods must be returned unused and complete with original packaging. Safe return is the resposibility of the customer. Please check goods thoroughly before signing to say that you have received them in good condition. The carrier will inevitably try to rush you. Just ignore them and make a simple check for transit damage. This is very important as we claim from the carriers if ever they are responsible for such damage. Do not amend the signature sheet in any way. We will not accept any claim for goods signed unchecked Please note if you declare that you have received your item in good condition, it is difficult later claim that your bicycle was in fact damaged in transit. If you do receive a bicycle which on inspection is unacceptably and substantially, damaged, refuse delivery of it. Do not sign for it and contact us immediately on 0115 9726335 giving a clear reason for refusal. We can then arrange for a replacement bicycle to be sent out to you as soon as we receive and inspect the returned bicycle. You will not be charged for this unless the goods are found on inspection to be undamaged. Our Guarantee Policy All bicycles supplied by TSbikes conform to BS6102/1. Should any original component prove defective in terms of material deficiency, We will either replace or repair it free of charge. "Competition" goods are supplied for specialist use and are subject to extreme wear and stress whilst in use. Life expectancy and durability are greatly reduced and purchasers should note that any claim for failure/wear shall be limited to that of the manufactures guarantees. It is agreed that such use shall be a relevant circumstance for the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (as amended). In addition, parts connected to parts supplied by this company may be placed under stress where specialist/competition parts are used, and purchasers should take advice from experts prior to purchase. Manufacturers may also limit guarantees when components are installed for competition use. All claims however must be submitted to us in writing within the guarantee period stated on the accompanying handbook. TSbikes liability covers parts only, but does not cover labour charges from other cycle dealers, transportation charges or consequential loss. It is therefore the responsibility of the purchaser to return the cycle or component to us for assessment, replacement, or repair. It is important that a simple visual inspection of the bicycle is carried out before signing to declare that you have received your cycle in good condition This guarantee does not cover the effects of normal wear and tear, or damage caused by accident, abuse or neglect. No bicycle is indestructible, and for this reason we are unable to guarantee cycles or components for any type of off road use, as damage is more likely to result. Our Warranty excludes the following items tyres, light bulbs, inner tubes, chains and batteries
